Within the pre-sales team, the project led by Frédéric L’Excellent - Regional Pre-Sales Manager and Laurie Joly - Technical Writer, the challenge was clear: how to generate, update, and harmonize hundreds of technical documents across multiple teams without losing accuracy or time.

“Our main challenge was finding a tool that could keep up with the amount of writing we had to produce,” explains Laurie. “We needed something that could help us generate content efficiently, but also standardize and coordinate what we were saying across teams.”
