Repetitive job postings for consultants
Discover the challenge
Together with cobl, we developed a tool to assist in the creation of job postings, a daily and essential task for our consultants. However, this task presented several major challenges:
- Repetitiveness and time consumption: Writing clear, attractive, and comprehensive job descriptions, while respecting each client’s specific requirements and legal constraints (particularly regarding diversity and inclusion), was time-consuming for our teams.
- Consistency vs. personalization: It was difficult to guarantee consistent quality and linguistic diversity across all postings while ensuring personalization based on the tone and culture of the client company.
- Focus on core business: Time spent writing was time taken away from higher value-added tasks such as client relationships, candidate evaluation, and sourcing strategy.

We turned to cobl because we needed an integrated, powerful, and flexible solution that went beyond traditional word-processing tools. We were looking for a partner capable of co-creating a tool that would fit seamlessly into our consultants’ workflows.
Our vision was to provide our consultants with a job posting writing assistant that would automate structure and inclusivity, based on a simple set of questions about the role and the company. We imagined that Thinkeo could transform this manual process into a smooth and guided experience, guaranteeing a high-quality and inclusive result.
The use of multiple AI systems:
Choosing cobl, as a platform that enables multiple AI systems to work together within a single application, was absolutely strategic. For our use case, it was not just about generating text (a single AI). We needed:
- Client data analysis (AI 1): To structure the posting and identify keywords.
- Specific content generation (AI 2): To write the body of the posting with the appropriate level of detail.
- Tone review and adjustment (AI 3): To ensure that the final result matched the selected tone (formal, casual, professional, etc.) and incorporated neutral and inclusive language.
This multi-AI approach, orchestrated by the cobl platform, enabled us to design a tool that is simple to use on the surface, but extremely sophisticated behind the scenes, capable of closely matching the needs of the end client while ensuring our objective of inclusivity.

cobl enabled us to bring our vision to life by co-developing this tool, which is now fully used by our consultants. The tool generates a complete job posting that is ready to be published.

We observed a spectacular time gain. Our consultants went from an average of 25 minutes per posting to just 3 minutes. This represents a time saving of over 88% on this recurring task.

The quality and optimization of postings (SEO, inclusivity) had a direct effect on our results:
- Increase in the number of applications: +17% applications received overall.
- Sourcing efficiency: We observe a higher conversion rate on certain external distribution channels.

A user questionnaire confirmed the perceived internal value: our consultants particularly appreciate the smoothness of the writing journey, the relevance of the proposed content, and of course, the time savings.
After three years of success, we are approaching the next phase of our journey by building on the excellent foundation we have established. Our expectations focus on how to maintain this competitive advantage:

Strategic alignment: Finally, our main expectation is to maintain this strategic alignment and spirit of co-construction, which have been the keys to this success. The goal is to ensure that our internal tools continue to evolve in line with our constantly changing business needs.
