The Problem

The deal stops at the person you never meet

Your champion sells for you, and they are not a seller.

They get one slot in a committee, with your deck and their own words.

The CFO does not buy features.

They want the cost, the gain, when it lands, and what happens if nothing changes.

A generic ROI model convinces nobody.

The case has to run on the client's own figures, the ones they gave you in discovery.

Every rep builds it differently.

One does a slide, one does a spreadsheet, most do nothing and hope the champion improvises.

The numbers, the risks, the

decision.

Cobl builds the business case from the deal, with the client's own figures and the plan that follows.

It runs on the client's numbers.

Volumes, headcount, current cost, what they told you in discovery. Cobl uses the figures from the deal, not a template model.

The ROI, with the calculation shown.

The gain, the cost, the payback. The detail table sits next to the headline number, so the finance side can check it.

The case a committee actually asks for.

Current situation, options considered, cost, expected gain, risks, and what happens if nothing is decided.

Objections answered before they are raised.

The objections you already heard in the deal are written into the document, so your champion is not discovering them in the room.

The plan after the signature.

Milestones from the decision to the date value lands. The case reads as a project, not as a promise.

One page, a deck or a document.

Executive summary for the committee, slides for the meeting, Word or PDF for the file. Same context, same numbers.

FAQ

Everything you need to know before you start.
What is in a business case Cobl produces?

The current situation, the options considered, the cost, the expected gain with the calculation shown, the risks, and the plan from the decision to the date value lands.

Where do the numbers come from?

From the deal: what the client told you in discovery, your pricing, your CRM. Cobl works from the client's own figures rather than a generic model.

Can we export the business case as slides for the committee?

Yes. Slides for the meeting, Word or PDF for the file. Same context and same numbers across all of them.

Can Cobl also produce the executive summary?

Yes. The executive summary, the business case and the proposal share the same deal context, so they never contradict each other.

Is our client data used to train models?

No. Your data is never used to train a model. Cobl runs in the EU, and can be deployed in a private cloud or on your own infrastructure.

Your champion has a committee next week.
