From presales activities to contractual commitments and ongoing operations, documentation plays a critical role in every client relationship. In B2B telecom, every contract comes back to market after a few years: the quality of the response is what keeps the customer or hands it to a competitor.
Responding to RFPs, commercial proposals, contractual documents, security questionnaires, service follow-up reports: all documents that need to be precise, consistent, and tailored to each client's expectations.
To modernize this process, Free Pro partnered with Cobl (formerly Thinkeo) to improve the quality, consistency, and reuse of their documentation, while giving teams a more controlled and structured way to manage knowledge internally.
The initiative is led by Albéric Mulliez – Director of Solutions and Services, who saw in Cobl an opportunity to bring structure, traceability, and intelligence to Free Pro’s documentation workflows.
