The day-to-day

The work that eats the week is not the expert work.

Hunting for content you have already written

The right reference, the right certificate, the right architecture diagram. It exists. It is in someone's drive, in a bid from two years ago.

Reformatting the same answer for the tenth buyer

The same security answer, in a new grid, in a new format, because every buyer imposes their own file.

Being the bottleneck

Sales sells, the deadline is Friday, and the technical memo is 80 pages. Some requests get a shorter answer than they deserve. Some get no answer at all.

Every buyer imposes their own file

The same content, reformatted for the tenth Excel grid or Word template. The expert work waits behind the formatting work.

From the RFP files to a technical proposal you can

defend.

From the RFP files to a technical proposal you can defend.

Drop the files. Cobl reads them before you do

The RFP, the CCTP, the response templates, the Excel grids. No setup. Cobl pulls out every requirement and every document to produce.

It answers from your knowledge, not from the internet

Your past bids, your references, your architecture, your certifications. Cobl connects to your drive and your SharePoint, and only uses what is yours.

The technical proposal, in the plan the buyer imposes

Cobl follows the imposed structure, section by section. Where the buyer leaves you free, it follows yours.

Questionnaires filled in the buyer's own file

Security, GDPR, CSR, RFI. Cobl fills the original Excel or Word, line by line, and flags the answers that need a human before they go out.

One deal context, every document

Offer analysis, technical memo, questionnaire, executive summary, orals deck. They share the same context, so the memo and the proposal say the same thing.

Every response makes the next one better

Cobl files what is worth keeping after each bid. Your juniors start from the same material as your best writer.

FAQ

Everything you need to know before you start.
Can Cobl follow the response plan the buyer imposes?

Yes. Cobl reads the imposed structure in the RFP documents and writes section by section against it. Where the buyer leaves the structure open, Cobl follows your own template.

Does Cobl fill an existing Excel questionnaire, or does it create a new one?

It fills the original file. Cobl answers line by line inside the buyer's own Excel or Word, and marks the answers that need a human review before you send.

Where does the content come from?

From your company knowledge: your past bids, your references, your technical documentation, your certifications. Cobl connects to your drive and your SharePoint and works from your material.

Can Cobl export to Word?

Yes. Word, Excel, PDF and slides. You keep editing in your own tools after the export.

Is our data used to train models?

No. Your data is never used to train a model. Cobl runs in the EU, and can be deployed in a private cloud or on your own infrastructure.
