Five updates that move Cobl from one document at a time to the whole deal: workspaces, the Shared Drive, your Personal Drive, design systems built from any document, and analytics on what you send.
Last month was about making a single document good enough to send. This month is about everything around it. A deal is never one document, it's a deck, a proposal, and whatever else the other side asks for, usually built at different moments and scattered in different places. July is our answer to that. Here's everything that's new.
One deal, one place, all your documents

Every document for a single deal now lives in one workspace.
Your sales deck, your proposal, and whatever else it takes to win sit side by side instead of spread across folders, drives, and old email threads. You can build one document or build them all from the same place, and everything you generate inside a workspace already knows the context of the deal it belongs to.
The practical effect: you stop rebuilding the same context every time the deal asks for another document.
Say hello to the Shared Drive

Your Knowledge Base grew up. It's now the Shared Drive, the home for everything Cobl should know about your company.
Drop in your case studies, your company information, and your positioning once. From then on, the agents pull from it whenever it's relevant to what you're generating, without you pointing them at it. Your whole team works from the same source of truth, so the proof points and the positioning are the same whether the document comes from you or from someone else on the team.
And your Personal Drive

The Shared Drive knows your company. Your Personal Drive knows you.
As you work, Cobl picks up the details specific to how you write and what you tend to include, and keeps your Personal Drive up to date in the background. You don't maintain it. The result is that your documents sound like you without you having to explain yourself at the start of every generation.
Same company, same source of truth, but a proposal from you doesn't read like a proposal from everyone else.
Turn any document into a design system

Have a document whose look you want to keep? Hand it to Cobl.
Cobl reads the design and turns it into a reusable system: fonts, colours, layout, all of it. One document you already like becomes the blueprint for everything you generate next, so you're not rebuilding your brand from scratch inside the tool.
This one is for anyone who already has a document that works, a client template you have to match, or a deck your team has been using for years. You keep the look you have and stop redoing it by hand.
See how your document performs

Share a document from Cobl and you get real signal back.
You see how many people opened it, how many times, and when it was last viewed. No more wondering whether your proposal actually got read or sat untouched in an inbox for two weeks. When the activity picks up, you know it's the right moment to follow up. When it doesn't, you know that too.
What's coming: your full RFP response
.png)
Soon you'll generate an entire RFP response inside Cobl. Technical memos, annexes, go/no-go tables, and every other document the bid calls for. The full response, built in one place, in one workspace.
Stay tuned for the release.
Ready to try it?
All of this is live in your account right now. The best way to see what changed is to open a deal, start a workspace, and poke around.
