In 2025, CBTW began a partnership with cobl (formerly Thinkeo) to help clients automate and control the creation of repetitive, high-stakes documents, from tender responses to HR processes and sustainability reporting.
Led by Daoud Chami, Data Science & AI Manager at CBTW, the partnership was born out of a shared goal: simplify the way teams generate structured documents without sacrificing control, quality, or compliance.

“Our clients often deal with repetitive or time-consuming document work,” explains Daoud. “Whether it’s analyzing RFPs, building compliance reports, or drafting structured deliverables, these tasks demand precision, traceability, and business logic, something that traditional automation or generic AI tools can’t provide.”
In order to be able to deliver cost effective solutions whilst maintaining a high level of quality, CBTW needed to identify partners that are the best suited for the ever growing market of document-based applications.

While benchmarking AI platforms for a client project, Daoud discovered cobl.

Another key factor was governance and compliance.
“Many of our clients operate in constrained regulatory environments,” Daoud explains. “cobl allows them to review, edit, and validate every output, ensuring traceability and data security throughout the process.”
For CBTW, this combination of speed, reliability, and human oversight made cobl an ideal platform for the AI teams who need to deliver results quickly, without compromising rigor.
The partnership soon expanded beyond client projects. CBTW also adopted cobl internally to streamline its HR and recruitment workflows.
“We use cobl to generate job descriptions, interview scorecards, and structured recruitment flows,” says Daoud. “It’s brought consistency and clarity across our HR teams, and it’s made our hiring process faster and more aligned across departments.”
Tasks that once varied between recruiters are now unified and standardized. By modeling the process visually in tools like Miro, then recreating it in cobl’s no-code studio, CBTW can deploy and scale new applications across roles, from developers to data engineers, in minutes.
“It’s now our go-to platform for repetitive document tasks,” Daoud adds. “We can go fast without losing quality or control.”

Across projects, CBTW has identified several high-value use cases where cobl provides clear advantages:
- CSRD sustainability reports: generating structured, auditable sustainability documentation while keeping full control of the content.

“In every case, the logic is the same,” Daoud explains. “We can formalize the process, define inputs and outputs, and replicate it cleanly in cobl. When the process is clear, it’s incredibly fast to implement.”
As the partnership grows, CBTW is exploring ways to extend cobl’s integration with external data sources and visualize workflows through flow-based interfaces, continuing to shape how organizations connect expertise and automation.
