CalendarHero

Cobl connects to CalendarHero so the meetings and people on a deal shape what gets written: follow-up, proposal, sales deck.

What is CalendarHero?

CalendarHero is a meeting scheduling assistant. Teams use it to find times across calendars, share booking links, schedule from inside email and chat, and bring meeting details together before a call: attendees, agenda and related context. It works with Google and Microsoft calendars and is common in teams that live in Microsoft 365.

CalendarHero makes sure the meeting happens and that people arrive prepared. What comes after the meeting is a different job. The follow-up, the proposal and the deck are written later, often by someone who was not in the meeting, and the preparation that went into it does not travel with them.

Make every meeting CalendarHero books part of the deal's written record

Cobl reads the meetings CalendarHero schedules, with their attendees, times and details, and the contacts attached to them. That context sits inside a deal workspace next to the follow-up, the proposal and the deck.

The value is in sequence and attendance. After a discovery call, a technical review and a meeting with procurement, the workspace knows who the buyer brought to each one, which is who the proposal needs to convince.

What CalendarHero and Cobl look like on a live deal

An IT services firm schedules a series of meetings with a prospect through CalendarHero: discovery with the IT director, a workshop with two architects, then a commercial meeting with the finance lead. Each meeting and its attendees attach to the same Cobl deal. When the prospect asks for a proposal, the account manager opens the deal workspace.

The proposal addresses the three audiences the prospect brought, in the order they appeared: the IT director's priorities first, the architects' requirements in the technical section, and the finance lead's questions in the commercial section. Nothing is sent without review.

Key features of the Cobl CalendarHero integration

Meetings and attendees on the deal

Cobl reads the meetings you connect, with their attendees and details. Who the buyer brought to each meeting becomes part of the deal context. Attendance tells the proposal who has been involved and who has not. A decision maker who joined only the last meeting needs a different summary than the champion who attended all of them.

Contacts that map the buying group

Contacts attached to meetings show how the buying group grew over the deal. The proposal speaks to everyone who took part, not only the first contact. The buying group is read from meetings that actually happened, not from a list someone typed into the CRM. The proposal addresses the functions that took part in the evaluation.

Preparation and follow-up from the same place

Before a meeting, the workspace holds what came before. After it, the follow-up is drafted from the same context, so the preparation and the follow-up match. The account manager does not rebuild context before each meeting or after it. What was prepared, what was discussed and what was sent all sit on the same deal.

Works with Microsoft 365 and your CRM

CalendarHero context combines with threads in Outlook, transcripts from Microsoft Teams and opportunity records in Salesforce. Outlook holds the written exchanges, Teams holds what was said in the meetings, and Salesforce holds the opportunity. CalendarHero connects them in time, so the documents follow the order in which the deal actually unfolded.

Frequently asked questions

Does Cobl integrate with CalendarHero?

Yes. Cobl connects to CalendarHero so meetings, attendees and contacts can inform follow-ups, proposals and decks for the deal they belong to.

What CalendarHero data does Cobl access?

The meetings you connect, with their attendees, times and details, and the contacts attached to them, read through the access the connected account holds.

Does Cobl need meeting transcripts?

No. The sequence and the attendees are useful on their own. If you also connect a meeting recorder or Microsoft Teams, the follow-up can draw on what was said too.

Does it work with Google and Microsoft calendars?

CalendarHero works across both, and Cobl reads the meetings through CalendarHero whichever calendar they sit in.

Can I edit before anything is sent?

Yes. Cobl produces a draft. Precise changes go through the inline editor and approval stays with your team. More on data handling sits on the security page.
